The House of Armand de Brignac:
The House of Armand de Brignac accompanies this dinner with a selection of its iconic cuvées, chosen to perfectly complement Chef Marcel Ravin’s culinary creations.
Armand de Brignac’s roots lie in Champagne-making expertise dating back to 1763, passed down through generations. Founded in 2006, the House has made its mark through a meticulous, artisanal approach, favouring grapes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards and selecting the first pressing. Each cuvée is crafted with particular care given to blending, ageing and the finishing of the bottles, upholding a vision of excellence and precision.
The following cuvées will be served throughout the dinner:
• Brut Gold: the House’s original and iconic cuvée, a blend of three grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier) and three vintages, presented in its famous gold bottle.
• Brut Rosé: a complex rosé blend with pronounced red-fruit aromas, presented in a metallic pink bottle.
• Blanc de Blancs: a rare 100% Chardonnay cuvée from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, presented in a silver bottle.
• Blanc de Noirs: an exceptional 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots, produced in very limited quantities.
